Equestrienne (At the Cirque Fernando) by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec

A circus rider on a galloping horse is driven on by the ringmaster with a whip, at the Cirque Fernando in Paris. A clown waits at the edge of the ring.

Toulouse-Lautrec painted it in 1887–88. It hung in the entrance of the Moulin Rouge when the dance hall opened in 1889.
